I come here weekly to train dogs. I can’t even say in words how amazing the staff is. They respect our space & always ask to pet before approaching. Mary Rose is always making me laugh, cracking jokes and keeping her employees smiling. Thank you all for being so genuine and kind!

Literally just bought my millipede and I'm not even 5 minutes down the road and I'm already writing this. Employees seemed very unhappy and annoyed to help me in the first place! I've been so excited to buy this little guy for a long time and my experience was completely ruined when the employee handling him DROPPED HIM and they laughed about it! This is ridiculous, they need to learn how to handle their animals and be nice to their customers!!!!

I love this store BUT your cashier who would not let me buy my reptile bulbs without her touching the glass is absolutely ridiculous. Research it it shortens the life of the bulb. If this is store policy then get your workers some gloves. I went next door to petsmart and bought untouched bulbs. Hopefully you guys can educate the staff

Went to get a propane tank filled on 11/17 and the person filling the tank was completely miserable and also stated the propane should not even be availble

In my past experiences, buying a pet was always a happy occasion. Unfortunately your staff decided to ruin that for us today. Waited 20mins to talk to the worker about buying a few fish. During our wait she just talked to one guy the entire time. We verbally made note that we had some questions. She then proceeded to dissappear for another 20 mins.. we stood at her post the entire time holding a snow shovel right where the other cashier could see us. She waited until we left the store to resume her post.. only giving one star because I can't give zero. You've lost a repeat costumer with this blatant disrespect. The other cahier wasn't any more accommodating about the situation either. Very disappointed.
