OH MY GOODNESS I am so so SO grateful to the employee who helped me yesterday! I was initially trying to get a class pet (hermit crab) and I talked to someone very knowledgeable about each pet for sale. Based on her advice, we decided that a tarantula would be a more suitable option for my classroom environment. My students love it and I couldn’t be more grateful that I spoke with someone before my purchase. Excellent customer service!

I want to recognize two employees who went above and beyond on Thursday night (1/29). I was injured and on my way to the ER, but needed to stop in to buy cat litter, frustrating but necessary. It was heavy (duh) and on a lower shelf, and when I asked for help, an employee came and placed it in my cart for me. At checkout, the cashier noticed my situation and offered to have me pull my car up so they could load it for me. I know this may be standard practice, but in a moment when I was in pain and feeling pretty helpless, their kindness made a huge difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and compassion. Amazing customer service per usual.

The people are great. No matter which one I go into, they actually love animals. They have the best selection of food and treats for every animal. Their prices are unmatched. The rewards program is also really good!

This pet smart had a bunch of dogs in tiny cages waiting to be adopted. As most pet smarts do have that on the weekends, Well this pet smart had a social justice warrior working there and When I asked if they sell fish bowls. She replied “no there in humane” and gave me a dirty look! well I can get behind treating animals better but not if your gonna look at me weird for wanting to put a fish in a bowl. What I should have replied was why do you have dogs in tiny cages. Psssh some people are so lost in the world they’re trying to change, that, they will snap at anyone who goes against what they think is right. Well, purple haired social justice girl who still wears a mask. Put your dogs in bigger cages you weirdo looser. If I knew her name I’d tell you but I just left after that. Didn’t

Love ❤️ this person who take care and cut my dogs hair so dedicated very kind and awesome in all kinds of breeds dogs his name is NOEL my favorite dog stylists I took my pomegranate dog and he did a great job also took my Diva she is aGolden Retriever and omg! Great hair cut smelling so good soft!! I think all of them maybe will do a great job but NOELis my favorite one!!I wish I could post picture! Thank you!! See you again in 3 months!!
