I must say the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me where they were located. Very nice service and staff

Coming to this petco was a great experience brought my puppy penny for a haircut and wash and the girl did amazing my husband and I were so pleased with everything she did i will definitely be back for her next hair appointment and also recommend to family and friends 🧡

I'm only giving 3 starts because of the cashier. First off when I walked up to the register she more interested in what was going on with the employee next to her. She kept apologizing multiple times when she kept doing the same thing. I told her I had a 5 dollar reward that she never applied because she was distracted and she ended up rounding up to a charity that she did by accident and couldn't undo. I was so annoyed. Regardless I always shop this location because it always has my cats food in stock and they easily price online prices.

The workers here were all very friendly. I went in after I picked up my dog the day after getting him from the shelter. They gave him treats and he loves the store. He picked out a bed and some toys.

I took my dog in for grooming and the stylist Rob did a great job and was very professional. However, when I went to the store register to pay for the services, the first and only thing the cashier Alejandro said was “So how much are we tipping?” I found that very uncomfortable and awkward. I would still recommend the groomer, but the checkout experience needs improvement.
