I have never received so many blessings within a tragedy like I have with Heritage Animal Hospital. I was referred to this hospital by another that was unable to help our case and I will be forever grateful to that receptionist recommendation. With warm and compassionate staff, the surgeon who came in on a day off to perform "his favorite surgery" and for all appointments during recovery covered and a follow-up urgent visit taking priority over all others bring me to tears. My heart is filled with gratitude and I am hopeful in my dogs future and it is all because of Heritage Animal Hospital staff. Everyone operates with urgency and compassion. Staff is always friendly and compassionate, and always accommodates my last minute appointment needs. It's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. There is plenty of room in the waiting area, and the wait time is very minimal. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff and vets make you feel at ease as you are going through a stressful time with your pet. I'm glad that I made the switch. Keep up the good work!!

They were incredibly quick, yet thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and transparently, which really helped me understand what was happening.
