My dad went to go buy a fish, not knowing that it was carrying ick and then after it was in quarantine, it was perfectly fine then all of a sudden there’s ick breakout now half of my tank population is dead in the chemical solution to stop. The ick is making it worse. I don’t know what to do. I bought the tank and everything on my own no help for my parents or anything and I have my most precious fishing in there and they’re probably just gonna die.

I am a college student and I have had 3 Tetras for a while now, they are thriving and do great at college and home. About a month ago I went to petsmart with my mom to get a plecostomus (striped clown) because that would be the correct fish for my sized tank. We got one no problem, I had to go back to college for about a week and left the fish with my mom. I get a phone call about 5-6 days after to tell me that the fish had died. I was a bit mad but it was before the official date when they wouldn’t give us a refund. I went back when I got back from college and retuned the dead fish. They said they would get another shipment in on Friday. I go back on Friday hoping to get a new Pleco because the other one had died. I got the same Pleco with no issues! My daughter ordered super worms through door dash and literally 2 worms out of 50 were alive. When I called PetSmart, they told me that they look at the worms once a week to check them. This is not exceptable. They should be checking the worms every morning to make sure they are all alive. PetSmart lost our business. My daughter is out $16.98. SMDH. Do better PetSmart. Check your worms daily. Do not sell dead worms.

Just had a experience and the only good ones are Zoey and Nicole! Everyone one else was super mean and cold when I was going through a rough situation with my dear pet and Zoey was the only one to support me even though the other workers were being rude and belittling her for helping me.
