I have been bringing my dog to the findlay store and have never had any complaints well today I had a appointment and they charged me 104.00 for less than a hour he was still damp when I picked him up shouldn't have to pay that much for less than a hour of their time when I have to work 4 hours at my job to make that much very disappointed and will be going to another groomer because I'm not paying 104.00 for less than a hour not worth it!! They are ripping people off so I beware if you take your pets here definitely took my dog there for the last time!!!! Not happy at all!!!!

I always love stopping in to check out their cute cats. They have a big window so you can see into their grooming area, they always do such a good job when cleaning up the pets that come in. My cat: (Let me set the scene) I had just finished taking an exam when I saw a PetSmart. I’ve been wanting a cat for a while and decided to stop in to see what selection they had. 4 cats were in cages. Went to Petsmart Tiffin Avenue Findlay Ohio, and bought several red wag platy. A few days later I noticed Ich parasite on my fish. I drove to the store and looked in the exact tank that i bought that i got the fish from and confirmed that they have ich. I now see ich on my fish that are on a well established planted tank with shrimp. I showed the person that works in the fish area and she agreed that there is ich in their tank. She asked me "what would you like me to do "I have quite a bit invested in my tank and was not happy with her comment. I asked her what they treat their tank with and she said Ich x but they only get it Internal and they don't sell it to customers. Needless to say I am more than disappointed

This is the 3 or 4th time we have taken our dog to get his nails done. First time was perfect but since then they haven't done there job. Payed for nails, grind, cleaning up the paw hair and shave paws. Didnt get anything done besides the nails being clipped. Very disappointing will definitely be finding a new place to get his nails done..
