VCA Findlay Animal Care Center

The VCA is one of the best veterinary around. It’s in an easy to find location. It’s very clean inside. My cat was sick and they got him in the next day. The staff are very knowledgeable and very nice and polite. They will give you a quote before doing anything. And they ask what you wanna do and afford. Been bringing my animals to them for years now. Very good veterinarian.

I took my pet to this location to be served. Upon taking my pet home I noticed a racial slur written on my pets carrier. I spoke to management about it and she apologized however, nothing was done about it. To me the apology was met with an uncaring attitude. I didn't know who to contact so I left it alone. However, it's been on my mind since it happened. Upon responding to this review don't try to deny it. Take this as a teaching opportunity for your staff and not an attack against your company. However, it's sad that I have to even post this review because I did nothing to deserve what happened to me!!! I took my healthy dog to VCA in Findlay to be boarded. Ten days later I picked up a sneezing, sick, lethargic dog. Nobody there seemed to notice. Now they want me to pay a little over one hundred dollars for medications. Obviously my dog got sick there and this was pretty much acknowledged by the vet. But yet I am expected to pay for medications. Before writing this I read some of the reviews. I wish I would have read them before I decided to board my pup there. I also noticed that for every bad review, the reviewer would be asked to contact VCA so they could talk about it. Seems backwards to me, VCA should contact the customer. I’ve attempted to use the services here twice and both times the lady answering the phone (this last time I believe her name was Carrie) was rude for absolutely no reason. I will no longer try and use this facility.

They took care of the new part of the family. Thank you for the check up. Way Better experience here than I had at Blanchard Valley vet clinic.
