Ordered a Whisker City 19 in carpet scratching post from ‘Doordash’ and it came damaged without the screw to put it on. Company refuses to refund ! Do not recommend

Great experience we took our Beagle Abby and they took care of her and handled her like she was one of their own we will be going back to take our Jack Russell that’s gone be the ultimate test cause she is prissy 😂 but definitely recommend them I don’t see how some got bad reviews but from our end they A1

I needed to be in and out! I went in looking for nose balm for my French bulldog (never heard of it). I did the research and noticed this location was 5 mins away! After noticing a tm, who I thought was a dog training instructor. I asked if he knew where the product was located. Without any hesitation he was guiding me to the aisle. We get to the aisle and he proceeded to show me different brands, with suggestions! Well that team member was Mr. Jeremy, and he was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable! I picked the nose balm he suggested and headed to the front. On the way upfront I notice a pet had urinated on floor ( I get it) but I seen Mr. Jeremy AGAIN, on the way with a mop and rolling bucket, without an attitude! Great customer service short staff...The Vet at this location is not part of PetSmart but she knows Everything about the PetSmart store and was very helpful in getting the special fo od for my mom's Yorkie.. The cashier was a tall young man with a bubbly personality that made even the expired script go through with ease...no cuss no fuss... Plus they price match for a discount on the Senestro collar... excellent ...Happy Pet Happy Life!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I have bought tetras a couple times before and I have never had as many issues as I have had with them from this specific store. I bought four and they all died one at a time over the course of four days. I thought it was something I did wrong so I checked all my tank levels and it wasn’t that so I got new tetras. Which I should have just honestly left at the store. They had to trade one for a different type of tetra because all the other fish in that tank were dead or just about to be. Anyway all the new tetras died within two days and now a few days later when I have not added any new fish and gave up on the tetras I find out my entire tank has ick which most definitely came from the neon tetras I got from the store. I am very disappointed with their
