I cannot say enough about the team at Fayetteville Animal Hospital! Everyone was so compassionate and informative during our difficult time. We were kept updated on our baby’s recovery after surgery twice daily and over the weekend.. Thank you so much, Dr. Dechow, Brittany, Mikela and the entire team!

I have had wonderful experiences with FAH doctors, techs, and receptionists. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Dr. Sherri Ray - the owner, did not meet those expectations. -BACKGROUND- I have three dogs in my home that are all losing weight despite eating nearly triple the caloric intake for their weight, and drinking triple the amount that is necessary for their daily intake. I moved into a new place (an hour from my previous home) in February of last year, and have not changed anything with their routine. ** The INDIVIDUAL who responded to my review is a LIAR!!!** They "NEVER" called me to tell me my pet was in distress!!! He got diarrhea from THAT probably unclean PLACE in the "BACK". "GET CAMERAS" so customers can see their furry children while BOARDING. That WAS the ONLY reason he was there, and he DIED a few days after leaving THAT place. I have pictures when my dog entered and exited THAT place so STOP LYING!!!! He was HEALTHY and VIBRANT, and ONLY 6 years old, with a life span of 13- 15 yrs old for his breed!!! I grew up with Rottweilers. I've had two prior to, mine lived over 13 years. Yes Chsmp! He lived in luxury!! Had a service dog in distress. She’d been with a person she’d been handed off to without our knowledge. They did not care for her properly. She either had a blockage or food that was recalled and was very, very sick. SAVES stabilized her until I could get her somewhere more affordable. My normal vetrenarians were too busy to help & referred me to Buford & 2 hours away. SAVES recommended Fayetteville Animal Hospital. I am so glad they did! They took very good care of Collins. They kept her an extra day before releasing her after exploratory surgery. I am very happy with the great care they had for her. She’s on the mend. Her surgery went well & my crazy, sweet girl feels much better. ❤️ Thank you Fayetteville Animal Hospital.
