Amazing salesperson I wish I had gotten her name. She gave me suggestions and made sure I knew about delivery service and in-store promotions. I hate you don’t carry my dogs food and I have to order it online. But I do come in for the primal broth. If you ever choose to expand your dog food selection, please consider Northwest Natural freeze dried nuggets. There are several flavors. My dog eats the chicken, beef and turkey and loves it.

Love this store, right. I always buy our pets’ food here all of the time (every other week I frequent this location). Unfortunately, a member of my family was discriminated against. As an African American, this person was ignored by a member of the store. My family member had to walk around and be seen to get assistance to the point that the minority employee finally offered to help (a third employee was assisting someone else but at least she spoke to my family member). During this whole time, the non responsive employee was aware that my family member needed assistance, looked at my family member the whole time, and yet never offered to help or speak. ALYSSA was so helpful and caring! My 11 yr old Shih Tzu is blind & has bad skin allergies that the vet has not treated successfully. She helped me with a new diet & regimen to try to control the itching. She even wrote down the directions for me & she went above and beyond. This level of customer service is rare & Alyssa is the best! Thank you have having such caring employees!

I visited Hollywood feed to purchase kibble for my dog and the manager Alyssa was simply amazing in helping answer questions about my dog that suffers with itchy skin! I felt like I hit the jackpot with all the information she provided. I would recommend this location and store to anyone that has questions or needs help with their pet! Thanks so much Alyssa!!

I was able to use one of my rewards I earned toward dog food. The staff was great and recommended a few chew type bones for our dogs. As always, we had a pleasant shopping experience.
