PetSmart

Went in here while waiting for a table at Chilis. I wanted to see cats and there were two cats so expectations met reality. Not much else to say but I did take this picture of a product because it said bigcat and I liked that. I recommend going to this petsmart. It is good!

The lady with the black hair and glasses, im guessing the manager or animal manager? She was very friendly and knowledgeable. i got two guinea pigs with her help and they are very sweet and friendly im happy with my experience and purchase. the store was nice and they have a lot of good stock, im definitely going to be stopping in again. the animal care here is great also, clean enclosures unlike other animal stores.

So they used to be great but I think the old crew left… I have a Saint Bernard that’s been coming there for mostly his whole life and I’ve never had a issue until recently so he is definitely a little on the happier side he wants to play with other animals(tail is always waging) he is a Saint Bernard and they are very vocal but he never showed any signs of aggression every so the lady before tried to call him aggressive and hint like he was a issue so I was like okay whatever maybe it’s just her so I finally brought him back and they have more complaints he is to much and wants to play to much whatever it just seems this crew is lazy and doesn’t want to work for there money (his grooming did come out good so shout out to tha girl no complaints on that but just seems like it’s honestly bs t

I was in this pet smart today,struggling to find the food my cat could eat,the girl stocking at first stood in front of me blocking the shelf so I couldn't see the brand I needed.She did eventually move to the right of me with her stocking things she had to have heard me on phone with vet and Google what I needed,not once did she acknowledge me or offer to help me find something I was there trying to find this for twenty minutes.Pet Snart needs to make sure employees first priority is to help customers

I’ve had dogs all my life with Petsmart as my go-to place for all my pets needs. Although I’ve had great experiences in the past, SEQUOIA, truly went above and beyond my expectations. Truly thankful for all her help, knowledge but most of all… her kindness!
