Pets Plus - Fairless Hills

Went in for a feeder for my snake asked for a rat pinky and was handed a a full grown mouse? On top of the lack of knowledge between sizes and a rat and mouse for nutrition ALL of the reptiles were in critical condition. Covered in stuck sheds, wrinkly scales from dehydration and lack of humidity, and visible burns, and FOUR ball python babies being cohabited!! Not to mention all of the horrible feed back of the cats and dogs conditions that I have since researched. The staff and owner should be disgusted with themselves no animal should look like this.

I adopted a puppy, trusting she would be healthy, however she had watery diarrhea and I had to take her to an emergency vet otherwise I don't think she would have made it through the upcoming weekend. She ended up having coccidia and giardia, and apparently the whole litter had it. I spent over $600 for the emergency vet. I called the store to let them know and I was told I would get some sort of compensation. Over a week has gone by and no word from them. I know two people who have worked for Pets Plus and they were both treated very poorly. The employees are underpaid and overworked so therefore it must reflect in the health of the animals. I will be making a complaint to the Attorney General.

I visited Pets Plus this weekend and was asked to hand over my driver’s license during the process. The employee failed to return it before we left. When I returned the next day, they pulled out an alarmingly large stack of other customers licenses that had also been left behind. There was problay 30 at least. Kyle the Store Manager even said that people “leave them here all the time.” This is not acceptable and he looked at me like I was the problem. Driver’s licenses are government-issued documents with sensitive personal information. Pets Plus has a responsibility to handle them carefully, return them immediately, or securely mail them back if left behind. Customers adopting pets are often emotionally focused on the decision and shouldn’t have to worry about retrieving their ID. This

Nice place, pets look very happy and cheerful. Staff was very accommodating and hands on with the pets as well. Got some dog accessories and pet some pups as well as see some other little ones😍

I would give ten stars if I could. Selection is good and prices are better. Their point system is great. After only one year I got a $70.00 bag of dog food for FREE. That says a lot. The people working there are always nice & available. Says a lot about a business in a world full of bad businesses. Receiving these coupons in the mail helps a lot too. My dog, Bruiser, and I appreciate your business.
