If I can give this place no stars I would not only was the head groomer completely incompetent but the reviews that are posted on this site are all incorrect because those are what I went off of when I chose to make an appointment at this terrible place for my senior dog. He is a a 12yr old plgerman spitz with no teeth. When I booked the appointment I added in the notes that he had no teeth and that he had batting on his back hind legs and so before anything was done he needed to be washed and damaged with the furmanator and needed a full cut. Not only did I pay for All these things but l bought a 90$ grooming and cut package. Extremely Disrespectful & Accusatory Experience I had one of the most humiliating and upsetting retail experiences of my life at this location. I ordered a brand-new aquarium filter online (nearly $200) and picked it up from this store. The box was fully sealed, so I had no reason to suspect anything was wrong. Due to my busy schedule, I opened it about a week later—only to discover that the most important parts, including the motor, were completely missing. On top of that, the main filter unit was dirty with grease/algae, clearly indicating it had been used before. When my husband and I returned to the store to explain the situation, the male manager was extremely rude and immediately accused us of stealing the missing parts. The people are nice but they put your dog in a kennel for over an hour for no reason. They schedule multiple dogs at once and then tell you it'll take 3-4 hours but the dog is in a kennel for half that time. If you're fine with your dog being in a kennel next to whining/barking dogs then this place does a good job but if you want your scheduled time to matter and for your dog to have an amazing experience then avoid if you can.

So may cute fisheys and critterz it was hard to choose. Staff is knowledgeable Nd friendly. Makes the buying process a lil easier n less scary. Lol. Hey, they may jus be pets, but i want to make sure theyre properly cared for just the same. Still my go to place for puppy vAccines. Not to busy. No crazy lines or anything like that. Just lots of adoreable Nemos n G Forces..
