PetSmart

Gianna at pets smart did a great job on our dog Milo. The groom was even and exactly what i asked for. She got spots on him that were problem areas petco never touched when they had him. He was also completely dry and he usually hates the hair dryer, i don't know how she did it. I highly recommend her and the facility in general. It was a good size and fairly clean even with all the grooming going on.

Today was my second appointment with this PetSmart and I must say that I am extremely, severely disappointed with the customer service I receive. I made an appointment for 7 AM with the groomer Mike (extremely rude and obnoxious individual). I pulled in the parking lot and up to the store at 7:10. I did not see anyone at the desk and the store was dark. I pulled around back, because it’s my first a 7 AM appointment, thinking that there is a different entrance for early grooming appointments. When I didn’t see anything around the back of the store, I pulled back around front, parked my car, and walked my dog, in the rain, to stand out front of the store, assuming he was just late. By this time, it was around 7:12. After standing outside for another 2 minutes, at 7:14 I called the store beca

They had exactly what I needed, very friendly, helpful and full of energy! You can tell when employees are taken care of and appreciated. It shows in this location.

Picked up a DoorDash order for 40 crickets for someone’s pet. They put them in a bag and not a container with holes in it like they’re supposed to do and most of them were dead by the time I got to the persons house. What are yall doing here people??

The staff was extremely friendly, they were able to change out a tank we wanted for one we purchased no questions asked (it was an even exchange). Store is super clean and their Betta fish are actually alive and thriving. Plus they have my dogs food. We will be back!
