If you are looking for a true compassionate and knowledgable staff look no further. Such an incredible experience. This is my 2nd visit now with Dr. Dupre. You walk into a welcoming enviornment, the exam rooms are clean, inviting, and soothing music plays throughout. Perfect for high anxiety animals. Dr. Dupre immediately sits on the floor with your pet and takes her time to make them comfortable and relaxed. She listens to your concerns, explains and answers every question you have, and doesn't sugar coat anything. The appointments are never rushed, she explains options in detail if your pet has an underlying health issue. My kitty was always terrified of going to the vet. So much anxiety for both of us, but our first visit to Pawsome Vet Care was an entirely different experience. Dr. Dupre, the vet techs and staff were patient, compassionate and took their time to gain my kitty’s trust. Unfortunately, my kitty was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but Dr. Dupre explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. If you are looking for a caring and patient team then I highly recommend Pawsome Vet Care.

After spending over $9,000 at 3 other vets (including the one that is supposed to be the BEST in Connecticut), I went to Dr. Soutter at Pawsome Vet Care. I had received a recommendation from one of the other vets that I had gone to. I am SO glad that I did! Within 1 minute of examining our "Marley", Dr. Soutter discovered what the other 3 vets had missed, and mis-diagnosed. She has mega-esophagus. The other vets said it was either a stomach issue, or a virus, or even a UTI that was causing Marley to regurgitate all the time! Dr. Soutter literally saved our sweet Marley-Girl's life! I loved this place; my dog was treated with so much care and affection. The doctor and the tech were extremely friendly. They tried their best for my doggy to feel more relaxed while being there, and they were super informative about everything I asked and more. Compared to my previous vet experiences, this place is a 10 out of 10.

Their name fits this practice purfectly. Our first time going & the best fearless experience for me & Rishi. Jess the tech spoke softly & handled Rishi with compassionate care . This was the first time ever my cat walked out of the carrier! He roamed around & actually laid down on the floor between exam & treatment. Dr. Snyder was wonderful, caring, compassionate. She got to know him & paid attention to his body language. They both did everything right to make him feel comfortable. He actually wanted pets!! I can't praise them both enough. I wish they took a picture because I still can't believe it. Thank you so much
