Great staff and good selection, only issue was that some products really needed to be organized as people put them into wrong spots instead of just putting them away when they don't want them. Found what I needed, petted some pups, checkout was quick and friendly!! Will visit this location again!!

This store has gone down hill in the last 5 years, constantly waiting for help from anyone who works there, the quality of employees working or should I say standing around b.s. with each other is ridiculous. Constantly get attitude from employees when asking for help or straight up ignored until they decide to finish their conversations. Today asked for help from 2 employees who were b.s. while changing the displays around, got told yea they'll help in a minute and then 5 minutes later some other employee walks by asking if I've been helped. I had already rang the assistance bell and had been waiting 15 minutes before I got helped. I've walked out of this store after asking for help and not seeing any employee for 20 minutes. Its sad this is the only store thats roughly close to anything

Look the kitty's over good. I adopted one on Nov 4 and it's been in and out of the vet. The kitty had watery eyes, runny nose and sneezing. The volunteer told me if it doesn't get better take him to the vet. Got a call from the vet yesterday, he has Bordatella and Mycroplasma. Both very contagious bacterial infections. He is on 2 different antibiotics. But I love him anyways and he is also a little lover.

DO NOT come here with your dog, while going down the cat food aisles, my dog & i was passing by the cats that are displayed for adoption, one of the groups of cats freaked out when they saw my dog & the volunteer lady Shelly ran out of the door, saying “you need to walk your dog away” & turned to the cats saying “aww it’s okay” to the cats.. as if they could hear her through the glass window. She looked NUTS. & apparently she is notorious for telling people with dogs there to “go away”. So sad & so unprofessional. PetSmart allows dogs into the store, so having a volunteer that works through them telling customers walk away is not a good look. So don’t bother getting any cat supplies when you have your dog with you. Shelly saved me money because i set everything i was going to purchase righ

Our experience at this grooming salon was unacceptable and dangerous. We dropped our dog off with no eye issues. When we picked her up, her left eye was completely shut, and no one said a word about any problem. Only after we returned to question it did Kaylee (the groomer) admit she noticed our dog’s eye shutting while trimming around the eyebrows but assumed it was just hair. This was never disclosed at pickup. Within hours, her condition worsened. We rushed her to the veterinarian and were told her cornea had been cut during grooming by the groomer Kaylee, causing a painful ulcer that could have resulted in blindness if not treated immediately.
