Me and my fiancee took our 1 yr 6 month old baby girl to them for her first time grooming. As first time cat parents we weren't sure what to expect from our cat and if we should've even brought her in because she hated the travel bag we put her in. I called them telling them our cat is fighting with us and I'm worried she may be aggressive towards them, I was reassured by them telling me they will have 2 people cleaning and groomer her. One was handler and the other was the groomer, their handler has good experience with all types of cats from nice to aggressive and they also reassure me that if they notice any kind of stress happening to our cat they will stop the process completely and we can reschedule. We had our new puppy Theo get his first groom here and the staff did a phenomenal job. She was super kind with him. He met a big dog right before his appointment so he was pretty freaked when I handed him off. She loved on him a little and the appointment was done super quick. Definitely going back! Thanks!!
