PetSmart

My dogs love Petsmart. I buy my food there. My toys there we go trick or treat there. Even get pictures with Santa from there. People are very nice and assist with anything you need.

We got our dog groomed there and it was a great experience, staff was very friendly, they really seemed to care about the dogs, and my dog left there so clean and soft. I have not had the best experiences with pet smarts in the past but this one was great!

This review is specifically for two employees Ashley and Dante, who gave me superb customer service on two separate occasions. In addition, Matthew in the grooming department along with his staff was phenomenal as well. Ashley: I came in to buy supplies for a new puppy and being that I have never owned a dog before, I was basically clueless as where to even begin despite a shopping list I put together based on some research. Nothing like walking into a store with thousands of items versus your little newbie shopping list you found on YouTube! Haha. Anyway, I found Ashley working the register and explained my situation to her. She took the time to show me around the store with a smile, and pointed out things that I may need or consider needing down the road. She was very sweet and patie

Do not use them for grooming! My dog went in there perfectly fine when I picked him up he could barely walk. When I questioned the store about this they act like I did something wrong. Do not use them if you value the safety of your dog

Best grooming service we have found in the Lehigh Valley! I have been taking my dog Bob to get groomed by Anna Smutz and it has always been a phenomenal experience. Anna is extremely thorough when examining him, super considerate of his needs, treats him as if he was her own, and she does a wonderful job! He always comes back smelling great, extra clean, and most importantly not stressed out. Bob has some pretty bad anxiety so he has to have the express service, and she is always so accommodating! I don’t know how she does it, but I’m grateful to have met her and Bob loves her! Looking forward to all Bob’s future grooming appointments with Anna!
