Pet smart is a cheap but reliable shop. Its boarding and daycare services are an excellent choice for all dogs. The dogs have hours of playtime a day and cozy crates to rest in. In addition, pet smarts variety in animal supplies are unmatched. They have a grooming service too. PetSmart is an amazing choice if you have a pet.

I've been a regular of the PetsHotel and Grooming Salon for the past 6 months almost for our small dog. The staff takes great care of him and I enjoy getting updates and photos of how his day is going. For a chain business, they do a great job with the services they offer and the sales associates are knowledgeable as well on the main floor.

One of the workers who was an older woman seemed to be more concerned on where my baby’s jacket was (despite my baby wearing three layers) instead of helping me look for what I needed. I found that very rude.

I’ve always had a great experience at PetSmart. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about animals. Every time I come in, they’re quick to help me find what I need — whether it’s food, toys, or grooming supplies. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and prices are fair. Their grooming team does an excellent job too — my pet always comes out looking and feeling great. I also appreciate how the staff take time to explain products and make sure I get the right fit for my pet’s needs. It’s clear they put customer service and animal care first. I highly recommend PetSmart for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place for their pets.

The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee and asked if I needed help. Super friendly staff. I ordered some items online (including a 75 gallon fish tank) and everything was ready to go waiting for me. An employee brought the cart out to the curb amd helped me load the fish tank. I went back a couple of days later for more items and had the same experience. I highly recommend!!
