We took our 6-month-old puppy to the PetSmart Petshotel in La Jolla for his very first doggie day camp experience, and sadly, it turned out to be a major disappointment. We dropped him off in the morning and provided zip-lock bag with his lunch, which they completely forgot to give him. As a result, he went without food from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on his very first day of daycare. What should have been a fun and positive experience ended up being a long, hungry, and uncomfortable day for our pup. This level of care is unacceptable, and we won’t be returning.
My Baby loves this place!!! Here he is on the way to camp!!!
