I’m not a pet owner, but this store has a magical feel to it, akin to Disneyland. Every corner is stocked with delightful and adorable items, ranging from stylish outfits and toys to tasty treats and even medications for pets. What makes this store truly unique is that it’s the first one in the state to offer a comprehensive range of pet products, including dairy products and a training center. And don’t forget to check out their dental hygiene section!

Glad I'm not the only one that felt off here after reading the other reviews. I was also having a pretty good day until I stopped into this store. I tried making conversation by asking if it's been busy with the holidays. The owner said no, that it's been slow all year and asked if I had heard of this thing called inflation. Pretty condescending but I was like wow, I'm shocked because it's so busy out. I told him I was just at the UTC mall and it was packed. He then said, it might be busy but no one is buying anything. Okaaaaaay. At that point I was done being rung up and left really quick. Sir, business is not slow because of inflation. Unfortunately I'm here with another poor review of this place due to really bad customer service. The gentleman working was immediately condescending, wouldn't let me finish my sentences and talked over me until I just stood there and made a "mhm" sound. He tried to sell me things I didn't ask for and then very openly belittled me and all but called me stupid when I said "thanks but, we'll pass on that for today" when he tried to ring up an item I literally didn't ask for or agree to buy. Wow. Just wow. Haven't had bad service like this in a long while. My guess is that this place is still open due to a great location and high quality dog food options - cause it certainly isn't the service. I hope the male owner takes some communication classes or attends therapy to address this overwhelmi

I attended the puppy training class led by April back when they were in Little Italy and our family learned a lot. Having a puppy can be overwhelming so it the classes helped us with commands and socialization necessary for their growth. It absolutely was more crucial than I had thought and it was worth every penny. Even since the move, we have been loyal to Bella Woof well after our pup’s graduation by taking him for his Premium Bath. Megan does a great job with his velociraptor nails and making his coat shiny and fresh. Robert always helps us out with the great selection of food and treats for our boy.

I recently visited Bella Woof with my husband. Excited on a hunt for the best place to bring my 3 Frenchies and a ShihTzu. Sadly, I was met with very poor customer service from Robert. He was dismissive and unkind, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. As a pet owner, I expect a warm and professional environment—not just for myself, but especially for my pets. I won’t be returning and I hope Robert learns to treat owners with more respect and kindness.
