AAA Pet Pros

Please stay away from this pet salon. Terry is absolutely unprofessional. She groomed my beloved Pomeranian, and two months later, I noticed that the hair on his back still hadn’t grown back. She used a machine on a high setting, which can damage a Pomeranian’s coat. When I called her to discuss this, she laughed at me and dismissed my concerns, saying, “Some Pomeranians are like this.” Really, Terry? Why didn’t you warn us ahead of time about the risks? That is careless and unacceptable. Not only was she unprofessional, but also rude — she even hung up the phone while I was speaking. This is no way to treat customers who trust you with their pets. If you care about your dog’s well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this salon.

First grooming today for our 1.5 year old Tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who looked like a shaggy Muppet/Wooly Mammoth before. We are SO PLEASED! She’s trimmed to perfection, looks gorgeous and is so much happier. Thanks, Terry!

The owner does most of the grooming. We have 3 terribly spoiled Yorkie puppies, all of which just adore her. We couldn't ask for a better groomer. ❤️

I helped a senior handicapped congregant bring her dog in for grooming. Terry and her crew we're very gentle with this elderly pooch that had to be clipped very short to remove its badly matted hair. They gave him a bath and cleaned his eyes and ears. When we went to pick him up he was perky and looked so handsome in his bandana and Christmas bow. I was very pleasantly surprised when I first took my dog to AAA Pet Pros. Of all the groomers I've ever gone to, AAA is far and away better than all the others. Baxter came back to me absolutely gorgeous, and no detail was overlooked. Not only that, but on the return visit, Baxter was happy to go there. He has always hated his baths and has tried to escape, but at AAA, he's relaxed and happy to be there! Good job, guys! Nobody can touch you!
