After going there for several months I have decided to write this review because I really don’t care for going there. It’s unfortunate that this is the only place that sells the food that my cat likes. Often times they have long lines. There is rarely staff on the floor to actually provide assistance. And then, for example tonight this lady had two dogs, and she was not controlling her dogs at all or handling the leash. And her hands were full. I was already in line at the register before her dogs were ever there and I don’t usually bring my dog with me. She was being negligent and getting her dogs very close to mine, and my dog doesn’t want to be around other dogs and could get nervous, especially once rounded by two unfamiliar dogs. Just picked up my dog from this grooming place and honestly, I’m super disappointed. All they did was give her a bath and a really bad trim, her paw fur is full of uneven patches. They didn’t trim her nails, didn’t do the sanitary trim, nothing else that was supposed to be included. And it took them three whole hours to do just that? For such poor service? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your pet, take them somewhere else.

My dog was groomed at the store today by Joshua And we had a horrible experience. The cutting was completely uneven, and he was very rude as well. My puppy is not feeling well since the grooming. worst experience ever.

I did not get the name of the receptionist in the vet section, but her behavior was very concerning. If someone does not want to work in an environment that involves animals, then this may not be the right position for them. Working with dogs requires patience, empathy, and confidence. This staff member whose job is specifically to handle dogs told me to put the cone on my own dog and even physically backed away from him. My dog is a golden retriever, one of the gentlest breeds, and I have never seen someone so uninterested or uncomfortable being around dogs in a veterinary setting. She then insisted on sedating him, which I found completely unnecessary. My dog is a sweet, well behaved boy, and as a professional dog walker and pet sitter with years of experience, I know his behavior well.

Do not buy any small animals from PetSmart or Petco especially in Culver City ! Small animals that they still are treated horribly their cages are not clean regularly many of these animals die before they ever get sold or adopted ! It is highly recommended to adopt small animals from local shelters than pet stores! Yes I used to buy small animals many years ago and I've learned my mistake these animals are mishandled in mistreated every single day ! I rescue animals nowadays I focus more on dogs but trust me when I tell you do not ever buy a small animal from places like this now if they're up for adoption that may be okay
