Petco

Maple and I shopped at Petco today and were greeted by who I believe was the store manager. She was very kind and welcoming, and took the time to talk to us about the training services they offer at the store. She was extremely helpful and so sweet to Maple, which I really appreciated. Maple and I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Every time I come in here is has been a sub par shopping experience. There manager Raymond has an attitude on multiple occasions and evening staff overall unfriendly. The store is constantly disorganized, shelves out of stock, and very poor customer service. Not to mention I feel terrible for the animals that live there in captivity for the name of profit, and have concerns about their quality of life and what happens if they don’t get adopted?! If they treat their customers this bad, I wonder how they treat the innocent animals. They had no compassion for me or my dog while there. A couple weeks ago I was stopping buy getting some extra food for my dog and cat quickly at the end of a supplies run. The same manager was there that night, and a female employee rushed to announce in react

Love Petco and their workers. I always walk in with questions. Wish I knew the girls name from last night (11/16) that was in the fish section.

My dogs love coming here….all the smells for them! Plus Petco carries all the items I need to take care of them and feed them. I’m glad it’s close by and having Petco rewards is great so I can get their favorite treats at discounted prices!

Summer, one of the workers there is not friendly at all. She didn’t take back the food my cats won’t eat because the bag was torn but put together with scotch tape. I m not going back there.
