Would be nice to be able to recognize the grooming salon separately from the store. The staff is fantastic! They are continually helping one another, cause you know dogs actually require 4 hands for best results. My groomer is Gabi and while everyone thinks there dog is so special and Im no different, she humored me took the time and made sure she understood my #1 concern-my dog's well being is first and whatever I say is CRAP!!! Seriously-she's a pro and her co-workers are awesome to watch them work together. Here's the deal. You gotta tip them, and tip big. First, Petsmart prices are below average. And great groomers leave chain stores cause Corp America screws over these All Stars and they realize quickly they can do better without the corporate bs elsewhere. I hope I have Gabi foreve

They say walk-ins are welcome for grooming but couldn't accommodate a simple nail trim and grind. I offered to wait 20-30 minutes and was still unable to be helped. You shouldn't advertise walk-in grooming services and then not be able to perform a basic trim and grind with no additional services. Very poor customer experience.

Booked a bath and furminator deshedding. Picked my dog up and there is absolutely no visible difference. There is hair flying EVERYWHERE, just as bad as when I dropped her off. Was told upon pickup "not much hair came off of her, but I brushed anyway". Literally impossible as there is hair flying all over the place. There was no furminator service performed, no blowdrying to remove loose fur. And if there was, it was completely half-effort because they were very busy. She doesn't even smell good! It's like they rinsed her with water, dried her off and gave her back. I'm extremely disappointed.

Very friendly staff and good selection of dog food. I love seeing all the pets that come in with their people.

I was already having a rough morning and I went in early today to get my sick dog some more food, and Lisa the cashier at the front was so sweet and professional. We had a small conversation, nothing really crazy but her kindness really brightened my day, even if she didn’t know it. Great customer service here!!!
