I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT MY DOG HAIRCUT!! One he is an emotional support animal I don’t even recognize him. He is a toy poodle the groomer Michelle told me he was matted which he was a LITTLE around his neck because he wear shirts. BUT TO CUT MY DOG DOWN TO THE PINK MEAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I didn’t know he would be cut down this low. I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY and for this to be my first time I will never be back. Plus my birthday is in a couple days and I would’ve loved to have him presentable for guest.

Tiara L. at Petsmart Grooming Salon in Conyers, GA has always done a magnificent job keeping my baby fluffy and perfectly groomed! She is kind, patient, and caring plus treats my Baby like her own. Her work is flawless (and that's saying a lot for someone to be grooming my long hair Yorkshire Terrier with layers of hair) I wouldn't dream of taking Angel anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the grooming service at the PetSmart in Conyers, GA. Appointment on 1/8/26 was pushed from 12:00 to 12:30, which I agreed to. I paid for ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and feet groomed, but only the nails were done. Ears were not cleaned and feet were barely touched. When my husband calmly questioned it, staff said they only trim the bottom of the feet. The manager said he’d be back and never returned after we waited about 30 minutes. Staff also labeled my husband as “aggressive,” which was untrue and unprofessional. Paid for services not provided and left with no resolution.

Wonderful staff at the Conyers Petsmart location. I’m in each weekend helping with cat adoptions with the rescue and the staff are always super nice and stop in to dote over the cute kitties. Oh, if you didn’t know, they will price match some online prices if you pull up the actual website on your phone. Sometimes their own online prices are cheaper than the I store ones and they will of course match their own website.

Very unprofessional experience with PetSmart Grooming. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and arrived early at 8:30 a.m. because I needed to update my dog’s rabies record, knowing that process could take extra time. I was told I couldn’t drop my dog off because my groomer wasn’t available yet. Another employee said she couldn’t stop her current groom because it was an “express” service but then proceeded to stop anyway just to attempt to reschedule my appointment, which I declined. There is no disclaimer online or in the appointment details stating that pets cannot be brought in early, so arriving early should not have been an issue, especially for required documentation. The situation was poorly handled, inconsistent, and frustrating. I expect clearer communication and better professionalism,
