We ADORE & LOVE the RAH team! Dr. Whitlock and staff are just incredible caring people. We recently took our handsome kitty Franklin in for a possible toothache. Dr. Whitlock answered all of my questions and assured me she would make sure he was feeling 100% after his dental cleaning/exam. Come to find out, he had 7 loose teeth. She removed them and when we brought him home, you could just see the relief in his eyes. He was so happy and content. See pic. Now we're taking our other Kitty Farrah in for a dental cleaning to make sure she is okay and is just as happy as Franklin. Thank you RAH for your genuine care and love for our fur babies!

We love coming here. The entire staff (front and back) are absolutely wonderful to us! They are very understanding and helpful, non judgmental. Listen to help and not to respond. Our family and friends also trust them with their furry children. My dog suffers from severe anxiety. We moved 40 minutes away and I refuse to switch him over closer to home because he is so comfortable with everyone. The plan prices are generously fair for everything that it includes. In the past I had Banfield and it seemed every time he would get sick and he didn’t have an appointment, I would be sent away to the ER. Which can be stressful. I’m grateful for this clinic and the flexibility they have for short notice appointments. Thank you again for all you do! Pam & Russ

I would like to say many thanks to the front office, tech and Doctor who showed tremendous care and expertise in transitioning our 14 years old dog, Milo. I highly recommend this place. There is not enough words in my vocabulary to describe the thoughtfulness and compassion that was exhibited by this team through a difficult decision. It was his first time there and went peacefully to Doggie heaven. God bless you all!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for great care and a personal touch for their babies.

Such an amazing experience. Hands down the best experience at a vet I’ve ever had. The staff is so kind, professional and hospitable. They really care about animals. My Hershey is usually stressed out and anxious when at appointments. He was being pet by Doctor Cline and laid on his side and was purring. I had to get video evidence I couldn’t believe how calm and quiet and relaxed. He’s never like this at the vet. He did’t even meow from stress. I’m switching to this office for Hersheys care for sure. Thank you soo much everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the Veterinarian. God bless you all.

I recently called Rockdale Animal Hospital to schedule a wellness appointment and was connected with Sam. During the call, I was told we would need to pay a deposit for two previously missed appointments something we were never informed about when we scheduled an appointment just last week for our other pet. That visit went great, so we expected the same smooth experience. Because this deposit requirement was new information, I asked for clarification. Sam mentioned she wasn’t sure why we weren’t asked to pay a deposit during our last appointment. I later called back to confirm the dates of the missed appointments and to get her name for clarity, but was told she would not provide that information and that I would need to call back when the manager, Danny, is available. There are many an
