Customer service very quick, cashier very kind! O’Malley our 16 year old, enjoying the “couch pet bed!” He loves to steal our pillows, so we just enjoy giving him a place of his own. Love the pet couch bed on its design, comfort, and humor! Thank you Concord!

This is not about PetSmart but about a Kong Dog treat dispenser. The Tipsy Treat, large toy. I got this at PetSmart yesterday to keep my chocolate lab occupied because it is way too cold to be outside for any length of time. I put his kibble in it and he immediately chewed around the edges. I took it away and put a few treats in it. A few minutes later, there were piles of sand everywhere! No where did it say there was sand in this toy! The bottom is full of play sand and it was leaking out! I think he used this 10 minutes. It cost 20 bucks! I contacted Kong but I did not take my receipt at PetSmart so they won’t even talk to me. I will Bring it back to PetSmart and hope get a refund. Do not purchase this!

We absolutely LOVE Gillian in Grooming. Our dogs love seeing her and she grooms them with such care. Cannot recommend her enough🌟

Lydia is our absolutely favorite groomer. Our elderly shih-tzu only tolerates haircuts with her. She was also wonderfully supportive with our other pup who was very anxious about the blow dryer. Thanks Lydia!

Here is my issue with Petco & PetSmart as someone who is a hermit crab and reptile advocate. Their setups are NEVER correct or even humanely acceptable, the info on the tanks is correct, the knowledge their employees have for each type of animal they sell is incorrect, the at home care sheets are incorrect. If they’re going to sell animals then they need to be knowledgeable in their care & provide that exact care in their store. They would not be selling any living animal until that is done. For instance your hermit crab setups are atrocious. Humidity is wrong, temps are wrong, substrate is wrong, your info on the tank is incorrect, your at home care sheet is also incorrect. Same with your bearded dragon enclosures. It’s really sad to see an establishment care so little in proper care for
