I brought my beloved puppy in for grooming. She left out basically the same way she went in, with the exception of having a bath, part of her ear hair trimmed down, and that’s about it. It definitely wasn’t worth the normal fee and definitely not worth the upgrade. My husband, children, and friends looked at me like I was crazy when I stated that she was “groomed”. If I could give a minus 1 star ⭐️ then I would. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Dropped off my dog at 1:30pm for his 2pm appt and didn’t pick him up until 5:45. Didn’t even get a phone call that he was ready had to walk in to find out if he was ready. Second time my fur baby gets something getting groomed here. Literally NEVER bringing my baby here again.

They have a decent selection of products in the store, and more options for dog food than you could possibly ever need in a lifetime even if you owned a kennel. But their prices are a bit saltier than their national competitor that's just a stone's throw down the street. They do seem to offer other services though like a pet hospital, grooming and training, which I'm sure are nice bonuses for some people who need them.

It's convenient, clean, staff nice. But someone didn't read the directions of how much food to feed my cat, so she was over fed. And I paid much more for this short stay from the last time which was over 7 days.

Took my dog to the grooming solon and they fully shaved him they didn’t even call me that they were going to shave him and the groomer had a attitude the groomer name is “tiffany m” do not recomend her
