I spoke to someone about a month ago about picking up my dogs medication. I worked it out to where they can deliver it and just charge my credit card. I haven’t received it yet so I called them today and they say we don’t know what happened and we can’t send it but I can come in today to pick it up before 6 pm. I told them I would probably just be there right before 6 if that’s okay and they said yes someone will be here. I get there 5 minutes before 6 and the store is closed and it’s dark. A worker comes out and I explain to him and he says well where close and I said not for another 5 minutes. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for lying to customers especially when it’s medicine for my dog.

I’ve been bringing my cat to this veterinary office for over 10 years, and unfortunately, the quality of care and service has declined over time. My cat has severe anxiety, and despite being a long-term patient, the staff still seem unable or unwilling to handle him — even when he’s sedated for his own safety and comfort. It often feels like there’s little effort made to truly help him through his anxiety or find alternative ways to manage his care. On top of that, scheduling has become an ongoing issue. I’ve repeatedly had problems with the app and with appointment confirmations — more than once I’ve arrived for an appointment only to be told that there’s no record of it, which is extremely stressful when transporting an anxious cat. My dog is a rescue. So he has social issues even though I had him for 10 years. He has trust issues with strangers but they made him feel comfortable and they said while I was gone he relaxed . He let they do the tests without barking or trying to nip. The crew was very nice and understanding . I would recommend them to my friends who have pets

This Banfield is the absolute best! My dogs have been coming here for years because of the excellent service they receive and the friendly and knowledgable staff! Jenelle is an amazing Vet Tech who always goes above and beyond and Dr. Kremelbein is always so thorough in her examinations and has an excellent bedside manner! Thank you for caring as much about my pets as I do.

We had to put our beloved 16 year old Maisy to sleep due to a collapsed trachea Dr K and staff were so loving, compassionate and kind to her Our family is forever grateful for the last few minutes with our girl and for all the loving care Banfield staff has given over her 16 years Thank you 🙏
