Recently graduated from beginner puppy training with my pup Mac and Cassie was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, straight forward, and attentive. She was not only able to provide amazing training for my sweet girl but taught me all the tips and tricks along the way. Very flexible and was able to work with us through all the holiday madness. We had a very enjoyable experience and Mac and I look forward to working through the next steps in our training journey with Cassie by our side!

I've always bragged on PetSmart Grooming in Jeffersonville/Clarksville, IN (despite people looking at me with judgment for not taking my dog to a private groomer). I also tell myself that I'm never going to be one of those people that complains about a groomer in these reviews... However, this visit was such a disappointment, it left me mildly infuriated. (I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 due to the other times that were great). I paid $90, which included an extra $25 package for Furminator treatment (which was supposed to include deshedding shampoo & up to 20 mins brushing, bc my dog has a LOT of fur; as well as a nail grind, paw pad trim, teeth brushing, a bandana, a toy, and a coupon book... not that I cared about the coupon book honestly). All this, plus a bath & brush, should take

They've got everything your pets would ever need. We buy most all of our German Shepherds food and treats there.

I was a long-time customer at this location and spent a significant amount of money there. Nearly a year ago, I was informally told I could no longer shop at the store, despite never receiving a written ban, trespass notice, policy violation, or warning. The only explanation offered was that my normal checkout conversation’s made someone uncomfortable. I contacted corporate for clarification and was told it was solely a store-level decision. After nearly a year with no transparency or resolution, I find the lack of accountability concerning.
