Feeders Pet Supply

I left a review two days ago about a negative, in-store, interaction. I wanted others to know my experience. After leaving the review, the owner/customer service reached out via the google review to address my concerns. Their customer service department was great, they listened to me and made a plan to address the issue. I'm being intentionally vague as to the issue because it is hopefully fixed, I dont want someone to pass up this location (it's new and looks great inside and out!) because of my one negative interaction with a single employee and I dont want it to take away review stars!

Overall for the first time visiting the new location it was a good experience. The store is very clean, well stocked. The bathroom was clean. We got some fish and ghost shrimps and some didn't make it home safely because of lack of experience. I can say the young lady was very helpful with great customer service.

Came in on Halloween night and didn’t expect them to be open late. So glad they were. This store is just fantastic, the two ladies that were working were bubbly and ready to help, providing detailed information to questions I had about my dogs needs. It was very clean and didn’t even smell like a pet store. Will definitely be back!!

Store layout was very different from the store I usually visit. Dog food wasn’t under the signage marked Dogs. Finally found what I was looking for on the backside of an end cap, but other than that all was good. Treats I was looking for were under in the dog section. Very friendly at the counter.

We love Feeders Supply, and so do our dogs. The store is clean and organized, they always have great sales and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And they help rescue organizations find homes for cats.
