Took our new kitten for a free exam. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Clean clinic, easy to find, plenty of parking. The Vet tech was really friendly and made us feel comfortable while also offering optionsfor care. The Veterinarian was equally kind and respectful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.🐈‍⬛🐈 Highly recommended.👌

This is a review about the fish department. We came in to buy a few Africans dwarf frogs but so many of the fish were dead and dying we couldn't feel safe doing that. How could you let all your fish die and then stay in the tank to poison all the other fish? How sad

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was charged twice due to a system glitch, and the manager assured me the pending transaction would be refunded. After 12 days, the charge was still showing twice on my account. I returned to the store to resolve the issue, wasting more of my time, only to be told that their system shows only one transaction and that I should contact my bank instead. That makes no sense—the error came from their system, not my bank. I asked if they could offer any kind of discount or compensation for the time and inconvenience caused by their mistake, and of course, they refused. The management was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. I do not recommend this place

Came to buy hay because we accidentally ran out and couldn’t get to our normal western feed store, was very sad to see that a majority of the betta fish were dead and who knows how long they were there. Let them employee know and they didn’t seem surprised. Don’t plan on returning if this is how they treat their animals!

Loved looking at the kittens until I saw that two were named "Kirk" and "Charlie" respectively, didn't even have the subtlety to put them in separate kennels. Very disappointing to see political things put into innocent creatures who have no say in what they are called. Will not be returning here again as staff clearly have predisposed feelings to people of my upbringing.
