PetSmart

I visited this store to make a return for an item totaling about $150. The cashier who assisted me seemed visibly annoyed that he had to help with the return. Because the amount required manager approval in the system, it took him a moment to complete the steps. Once the return was approved, he began scanning a gift card for the refund. I politely asked if the refund could be returned to my original payment method instead. When I asked this, he rolled his eyes and appeared frustrated with my request. I understand that there was a line forming behind me, but returns are a normal part of retail and I was simply asking for the refund to be processed in the standard way. The interaction made me feel like I was being a bother for making a reasonable request. I’m sharing this feedback because

Wow! What a great experience with my boys groomer Laura. She was great with his cut, one of the best I've seen him have thus far. Everyone in the shop seems to really care for the fur babies in there and you can tell as soon as you walk in. It took me a while to read reviews and pick a petsmart location but i can honestly say this is the best one in South Jersey hands down. I've attached his before & after pictures. Dont hesitate to book with anyone here. 🐶👌🏾

Bought my first tarantula scorpion here Service was awesome The manager was nice enough to give me the whole enclosure with tarantula. Dubias are not dead in the container. Superworms Come alive but eat eachother. Hornworms are sometimes only 1 2 in a 4 count and they come moldy sometimes

I’ve always taken my dog to PetSmart in Buffalo and had great experiences there, so when I moved to this new area, I trusted PetSmart again. Unfortunately, this location completely let me down. I booked the same grooming package I always do—nearly $130—which includes a bath, brush, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. After 4.5 hours, my dog came back with none of that done except the bath. No nail trim, no ear cleaning, not even a proper brushing. This is the worst grooming experience I’ve had with PetSmart. I won’t be returning to this location.
