Wow, I just want to thank this store location so much for basically accepting my dog with an emergency groom appointment. They helped with my dog feeling so comfortable. She smells amazing and her groom looks so good. I’m extremely impressed with the way she is groomed! This is the best I’ve ever seen my dog look and smell. I just want to cuddle with her all night because she smells so good! Thank you guys so much! I will be back for more service in the future!

I have shopped here before and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I did go there today because I ran out of what I bought there months previous. I was anticipating the usual attitude and issues. I was greatly surprised. Michael D. Is an ASSET to PetSmart!!!!!!! They are very luck to have Michael D.!!! He was very welcoming and warm upon me entering. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and made wonderful suggestions regarding pee issues with my puppy. He was genuine in concern and attentiveness to my needs. He also informed me about the PetSmart app and the benefits for having it. I did sign up for it while I was there and he was very patient in walking me through it. Lee’s puppy training class was great. We took the intro class. Lee is a very experienced trainer and keeps the class engaging for the pups and parents!

I didn't know what to expect from a big box store training class, but trainer Lee at the Chantilly Petsmart was a revelation. The price of the classes was amazingly reasonable considering the quality of the instruction and the experience, passion, and effectiveness of the trainer. Lee is an exceptional trainer with 22 years' experience - she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, funny, truly understands dogs, and is a skilled communicator. She spent extra time during each class helping each student and dog individually, and addressed a myriad of behavior issues; every single dog (even the anxious and excitable dogs) improved during the sessions because she teaches her students the skills and insights needed to effectively "speak dog." i went today and i literally cried. the hamster cages barely have anything in them and the cats are in tiny cages with barely any space to move. the cats were so tired looking and they didn’t/couldn’t even move. when i went to the dog area, i think doggy daycare, the dogs ran up to me at the window, kept on barking and scratching on the glass. on top of that, the lady’s in the daycare were staring at me when they saw me but it was a really long and awful stare. ALSO the daycare literally had no toys or nothing. AND the birds also had so little space. the problem is that this is ALL petsmarts. they don’t treat their animals right. i’m only in highschool but when i get older i swear im adopting these poor babies.
