I walked in with my family today to purchase our usual necessities for our pets. We went through the fish area first as we generally do, and my fiancée looked at the young woman who I will not name, she working the fish area and my fiancée simply smiled, in the way you might normally do walking by an employee of a store you frequent. We received a dramatic eyeroll and an audible sigh, followed by a dirty look, in return. We weren't even looking for any fish or any assistance in that area today; no words for exchanged or any further interaction beyond my fiancée simply smiling in greeting. We've never caused issue in this store, or with this employee. Yet she felt the need to treat her that way for... a smile! There are many other professions in this area of Carlisle if you want that bad

I’m not happywhen I picked up my Luna her nails was not done right she had stragglers all over her that I had to cut off. She was not bathed she smelt terrible. I’m very very unhappy with this place.

This is for the grooming department. Izzy takes care of my baby boy Chubs most of the time when we visit and she is the sweetest ever. We look forward to seeing her. She takes her time with him and is patient and understands his behaviors and does an extremely good job. I'm very pleased every time. I can't thank you enough for making us feel like family and doing so well.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The store has a easy to follow layout with easy to read signs on every isles. I enjoy shopping because they allow shoppers to bring their pets. Very pet friendly. Also the store is easy to get there.
