My fur baby has been going to.see Leo for grooming a little over a year. Leo is great with Cricket and does such a wonderful job on his cut. Thank you Leo for taking such good care of my lil guy! You're awesome!

I love this PetSmart! Everyone is so nice and it is kept very clean. Elizabeth has been a great trainer, I am on my second training class with her and having a lot of fun! She is very knowledgeable about dogs and how to train them, she is approachable and kind as well. She is so accommodating with schedule and the dog’s needs! It’s easy to tell she enjoys her job, I definitely would recommend taking a class or two with her!!

We've been taking our golden to classes here and I just can't say enough about Beth!!! She's an amazing trainer and you can tell she truly enjoys her job and she loves her four legged clients so much!!!! Thank you Beth for making this a great experience and always being communicative regarding classes of things come up on either end. We have also had a great experience with grooming. Our boy is super timid and scared and he leaves every time we've had him groomed with a wagging tail and looking happy and confident. We appreciate these services so much!!!!

I had an okay experience with the customer service while buying my bearded dragon, while purchasing my bearded dragon it was obvious that the person assisting me doubted me in every way, constantly asking me what tank I had and the items I got him. I understand that they want to be sure that their animals are going to a good home and good on them for that but I don't need to show a picture and explain two times what size tank I have (when purchasing the tank I was told it was a 50 gallon tank) . Also while reading these reviews a lot of people said that their crickets kept dying after a day but mine are alive and well so far, I would recommend getting the cricket trapper and their food and water that they need if you want to keep them for a while also the cricket duster because it's easy t

This used to be the best place for my Chihuahua to get his nails clipped, but after today we won't ever use them again, they put a leash so tight around his neck he was gagging, he's still coughing on and off almost 4 hours later, I've made an appointment with his vet first thing in the morning to have him checked, maybe PetSmart should hire groomers that have a more experience before someone else's fur baby has to suffer due to their incompetence!I had to give one star just to leave a review!
