The worst customer service and lacking in people skills and communication. First of all I dropped mom's dog off at 9:20 this morning. At 4:20 pm I still hadn't heard from them. She's usually done in a few hours. I called several times to check on her only to get the answering machine everytime. Finally I got a call back to tell me she'd be done in 10-15 min. We have taken our bloodhound twice with the new ownership and have been very satisfied. We have been a customer for 10 years. Hendrix came home fluffy, soft and smelled good. We scheduled our appointments for the rest of 2026!

This used to be an excellent, highly professional place. We had been bringing our dog there for many years and always received dependable, quality service. Unfortunately, since the business changed ownership, the level of professionalism has declined significantly. We had a long-standing appointment scheduled and made the trip out there, only to be told upon arrival that they suddenly did not have a groomer available. There was no prior notice or courtesy call. After we had already driven out, they offered to simply wash our dog instead. Later, we learned the same situation happened to a friend of ours—except they were still charged the full grooming price despite not receiving the full service. I’ve been going there for almost 14yrs and I’m going to miss “the girls” but I had a enjoyable and informative conversation with both the owner and a great new groomer with tons of experience! She took her time to explain some new things I could try on my dog since she has an awful rash and I can’t see her vet until next week. We’ve tried everything for years so I was grateful for more information. And I must say her head was groomed perfectly and my little man was very handsome too! Not everyone has the same experience so I would highly suggest that you give them a try. I will definitely be going back not only for the services but also for the price. Today was my first time taking Bo to the new owners & new groomer Keira. I am thrilled with the cut, nails, and how he acted when I picked him up. I sent two pictures of how he had been previously cut and his cut today was perfect . I was worried having someone new groom him. I couldn’t be happier. Give the new owners & groomer a try, I don’t think you’ll regret it.
