PetSmart

The staff at this Pet Smart are so helpful! I need specific prescription food for my pup, and called in advance to make sure they had it on hand. The employee went to check for me to confirm. Then when I got to the store, an employee saw that I looked lost, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me find the food. So appreciate friendly helpful employees!

Customer service was awesome and they had coffee. My dog was treated nicely for his visit. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

The store is clean and with all the supplies you furry friend can ever need..I picked up a new mat and toys.... with a dog you'll need to replace these things often. My Roy always looks his best... but it's three hour wait until he's done...Wish there was food court nearby..

Store associates are helpful and friendly. Groomers, on the other hand, are not so much. I’ve seen both in-store boards and emails saying walk-ins are welcome. Well, not at all. The lady I asked about it was so rude. If you feel not comfortable handling walk-ins, simply reply “we are packed for the day, but you are welcoming make an appointment”. Wow, her response was not professional and I can sense her frustration at 8am. I won’t go back there for grooming. Who knows what she’ll do to my dog when she had a bad mood.

I love these stores. The staff was friendly and helped us with answers to a couple of questions. They didn’t have what we wanted but explained a couple other stores that may have it. The store was clean. The parking lot was a little gross but hey what can ya do. Four stars because they didn’t have what I went in for.
