Mike and Norm did an incredible job. Mike helped me pick the exact stair runner I was looking for and Norm did an impressive and meticulously job measuring and installing the runner. Not only did the detailed measruing work look impressive, but upon installation the rug blew us away. Highly recommend working with Braintree rug for any of your home decor needs, 10/10!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE! Would not even give them one star, but had to, to do the review. I had Mike come to look at an area in my mom's house, small hallway in October. He said that I would have to take up the rug our self, as the dog had some messes, that were just old stains, as the rug was steam cleaned. His guys wouldn't do it. I had not heard from him & called today Nov 20th & Mike said that they really couldn't do it, because of the dog. Said that he told us that we had to pick up the old rugs, so his people wouldn't have to get dirty. They were old stains. Said to him, that he could have at least had the courtesy of calling me back to let me know. He hemmed & hawed, like a child. I guess they don't like pets. Told him he had lousy customer service.
