Pet Express

I’ve gotten all three of my dogs from Pet Express — my Lhasa Apso, my Bichon Frise, and now my sweet Maltipoo — and they all get along and love each other so much. Manager Anna helped me with each one, and the employees there as well. She was always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You can truly tell she cares. Thank you, Pet Express and Anna, for helping me bring home three amazing pups!

I want to give a huge thank you and heartfelt shout-out to Jailene and Dianne for helping us get our puppy, Domino. This is actually our second furbaby we’ve welcomed home from this store, and experiences like this are exactly why we continue to come back. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and truly supportive throughout the entire process. You could genuinely feel how much they care, not just about their work, but about the animals and the families taking them home. Seeing how happy, confident, and settled Domino already is at home means everything to us, and we’re so grateful to Jailene and Dianne for making this such a positive and memorable experience. This store is incredibly lucky to have them.

From my observations, employees who work in the store care about the animals and their welfare. Pens were cleaned, restrictions are placed on potential customers for handing the puppies. Employees answered all my questions. We had a very good experience. The price they quoted us, was the price we paid plus 6%tax. There was no price confusion. I paid less than I would have for a designer dog breeder near me.

anna was great as always this is my 4th pup from pet express and it’s always a pleasure the staff is great & puppies are happy and healthy!
