Had my dog groomed by Denise who was cautious to my fur baby’s needs from the moment we walked in. We had dryness and lots of shedding. My dog also gets anxious during baths, but Denise was on it from start to finish and gave great tips on upkeep. We will be back soon.

Melissa in Grooming is AWESOME!!! Also there was a super sweet young later at the register who was so helpful as well as a lady who help me find a product for my dog. I was so pleased and will keep coming back here. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE!

Third Class Customer Service. Asked them few questions about fish and employee won't come close. Very busy talking to her fellow employee. Don't hire unmotivated staff that is good for warehousing only. You lost 3 customers right in front of me. Sad.

Friendly customer service; however, if you have a cat, they don't do a good job washing or getting the cat hair. She's just as hairy afterward her deshedding treatment, and I feel bad because I'll have to get her a wash somewhere else again this week.

Melissa does a great job grooming Oreo and Razzles. I don't have any problem with Melissa and the service she performs. I am looking for another groomer because of frequent bookings mistake. My pups had to go an extra week with their vision obstructed. They overbooked Melissa on our last 2 appointment. We had an appointment for last week. The person bookings only booked one of my pups. One time the booking person only booked a wash and blow out for 2 dogs for nearly 100.00 and a 6 hour wait. I had to return the next day. They gave me a discount but I preferred enjoying my weekend. I spent the whole weekend going back and forth. I stayed because of Melissa but I am searching out groomers. I give Melissa 4 stars. She is great.
