The hospital was compassionate and supportive. My little fur baby had to have an ultrasound because my vet saw tumors in an X-ray 🩻. Even though Carlos always had good checkups in the recent visits, he started getting listless and lost his appetite. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and tumors. The doctor gave me prescription for him, steroids and appetite stimulant so his final days would give me some time to come to terms with putting him to his final rest. Love him too much to let him suffer.

I can't say enough great things about the staff here. From the first call to make an appointment to our exit from the building they were all fantastic. Very attentive to our dogs and our needs. I only wish they did regular office visits so I could go back more often.

I had a really good experience bringing my cat here for immediate care. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I was really scared and unsure what to expect. First time dealing with a sick pet and it was 12:30am when I arrived. All expenses were explained prior to service. The wait time may feel intimidating, but it all works out in the end. The staff does a good job of keeping things moving in a timely manner. All medication necessary was available on site and costs were explained prior to dispensing. I would definitely bring my pet here again if such a care was required. I absolutely 💯 recommend this center for emergency service 24 hours a day.

Very friendly, compassionate, and just overall great staff! I brought in my babygirl who was suffering a severe case of IVDD, especially after having taken her to AAVEC Annapolis the night before and not having a good experience there at all. Although I did end up having to let go of my girl, I felt as though Dogs and Cat really tried their best and had such amazing care of her. They were able to express her and get her to relax, after spending all night in distress and pain since leaving AAVEC. Very patient staff as well, they really tried their best to help from the moment my pup and I walked through their doors. Recently, my pet had two urgent issues that occurred outside of her primary vet office’s hours, and I had to take her to Dogs and Cats. Each visit was smooth, and my pet’s situation was addressed immediately, thoroughly with professionalism, and all my questions were answered. The medical staff are caring and kind. They treated my pet wonderfully. I left knowing she received the very best of care and that she would heal well from the issue that brought her to the facility.
