PetSmart

Went to get my 7 year old three $0,29 goldfish and was denied buying them because we were keeping them as pets and didn't have a big enough tank in the store to purchase. I didn't go there to purchase a tank I went to purchase my kid her requested gift for having a great month at school. Please explain to me why if I am paying for it I couldn't leave the store with it?!

Went here at around 6:45 on December 2nd, 2025. Whoever that girl was that was working at the cashier is extremely unprofessional and in general terrible at her job. We went there for an exchange because the beneful dog food we usually get had literal insects what looked like moths thankfully they were dead. We went told her if we can go get a different one and we did. I asked if we could open it in the store and she said no. That's fine, I let her know we were gonna open it outside. We went outside and it was also infested with those moth looking creatures but these were alive we went back to let her know. She called the manager and she was sorta twisting things. I thought the exchange already happened when we let her know. She didn't not ask for our information, receipts, nothing. She ma

Poor customer service. Both employees and the manager did not even attempt to help or provide a solution to fix my issue using a gift card. Everyone continued to keep saying “I don’t know” and brushed off my issue despite the fact I was attempting to make a $200 purchase. I spend a lot of my time and money at PetSmart and I am very disappointed with my overall service.

Sara G is the best dog groomer ever! Sully used to hate getting a bath, but now he loves seeing Sara. He comes back perfectly fluffed up and trimmed, smelling amazing, and happy. Thank you, Sara, for taking such good care of him, and always paying so much attention to detail!
