This was my first time here - I walked in and asked the front desk person how everything worked and she was very pleasant and helpful. How it works: for a fee, you get a basket of supplies and towels for your pet that includes supplies to wash the ears, eyes, and the shampoo and conditioner of your choosing (they have various different scents to choose from). Fee is dependent on the weight of your pet. The grooming stations have stairs into the sink and dryer areas and you can easily hook your pet’s leash onto the wall. Staff will clean up both areas as you finish in them. Stalls are very private with curtains and they have buttons for immediate assistance if need be. Great place to bring your dog for a bath! I bring my girl every 2 weeks for a self serve bath and also a nail trim here and there. The staff are amazing! I feel very comfortable bringing my dog here. The Pawstry shop is equally amazing with wonderful dog friendly pup cakes, cookies and all sorts of tasty rewards! At first Sadie was afraid and now after many visits she gets happily excited when I tell her we are going for a “bath”! Today we used the blueberry shampoo and conditioner and she smells so good! 🩷

Love this place! I came in last minute for a birthday treat for one of my pups. Regardless that they were busy, the staff whipped together the most adorable “pup cake” for my girl with no hesitation. It came out so cute, and I’m so grateful they were able to do it! Will be returning many more times for all the services! Thank you so much! Edit*- thank you guys, again! Clover had the best birthday and was in awe at her little cake!

I can't rave about this place enough! I've been grooming my dog at home for years because of her anxiety, but it's become too difficult. This was exactly what I needed, and I got my girl scrubbed, rubbed, rinsed, and blown out in about an hour - it takes me 4 HOURS at home. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and every stall has a call button if you need help. I was able to get shampoo AND conditioner with a low scent - the water pressure was fantastic, and the water was the perfect temperature. They have plastic aprons, so I didn't get soaked. The blow dry station was also elevated! I appreciated having two dryer settings so I could use a high power on her body and a softer setting for her ears and face. I won't be grooming at home anymore! This place is the best!!!!

We've been going to Dirty Dog for years. The facility is always clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of shampoos and conditioners to meet the different needs of our dogs. The services provided are a great value. 🐾💕🐾💕🐾
