PetSmart

We frequently bring our dog in for a few nights at the kennel at this location. When we pick her up, she’s usually happy and healthy compared to some other kennels in the area. Normally booking is easy and we have no problems. But today, they said that we couldn’t bring her in for a stay because she has seizures; representative said it’s their policy that they can’t take dogs with seizures even if they are on medicine because they don’t have a veterinary area there. PetSmart does NOT have any policy that says that dogs with seizures can’t be boarded. We have NEVER had this issue before at PetSmart; they’ve always been happy to accept our dog. We have been customers with the PetSmart hotel for a number of years and never had any issues. We’ve noticed a change over in staff and with it a significant decrease in customer service. We recently booked a stay for our pet, to go out of town, and had informed staff accordingly. Jessica immediately asked for 2 additional emergency contacts even though this information was already in the system from past stays. We questioned why this additional information was needed and went back and forth since it appeared like they were going to make something an issue. No sooner than us landing, they called to say that he needed to be picked up immediately. As you can imagine, the trip was stalled from that point on since we now had to figure out how to get this done while being out of town. Everyone

PetSmart in Best and is the greatest. I bought a tank from them and Mat and another associate helped me. Mat was awesome. I really appreciate them. I will go back and buy more fish tanks for them. They’re very helpful. This is my second fish tank for them and it was very helpful.

We had a bit of a fish emergency this evening and Erin was fast to step in and help us. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took her time explaining steps we needed to take to resolve our fish tank emergency to save our fish. She even personally checked us out with an online order we had previously placed. Erin really went above and beyond helping us tonight and we are grateful she was there! Kaylie was AMAZING! We took our 6month old Australian Shepherd puppy, Mae for her first ever professional groom and had such a great experience! Her bows and pawgress report were toooo adorable! Kaylie was so kind and took extra time with Mae to make this a good experience for her and us! Thanks Kaylie!!
