They get the Spa and Show dog grooming style with scissors. Petsmart offers easy online payments and express pick-up and we are notified that our furrbabies are ready to go home.

I am upset this is the second time that they have basically chopped his hair and it doe not look good. We have had 3 people do it there and only the very first time looked good and worth the $100 we paid. I am so upset they told me 3 to 4 hours to have him done and called in in 50 mins I do not think he got the extra care we paid for a basic cut and the add-ons. We paid an additional $35 dollars for extras. I am not happy and will be going somewhere else. Choppy all over and she cut things she was not supposed to and left around the butt full of stuff.

I called so many groomers and no one was able to squeeze in my older Chihuahua. I actually booked an appointment at Petco and they confirmed my appointment and then the day before the appointment they canceled due to his age. I then called Petsmart and they were happy to take him in. Tamia M did an amazing job and cleaned up all of his dead ends. Rocky was such a happy boy when I picked him up .

This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. My dog had a 1:00 appointment. I explained up front that she’s an older dog and said I’d be happy to keep her with me until they were ready. Instead, they took her right away even though the groomer was on break, promising she was “next” and would be done within 3–4 hours. After 3 hours I called, only to be told they were backed up and it would now be at least 5:00 — but supposedly grooming had already started. Not long after, I received another call saying she still wouldn’t be done anywhere near 5:00. I was told if I needed her ready by then, I should have paid extra for an “express” option (which was never even mentioned to me when I booked).
