PetSmart

Today is my pups 7th Birthday (1/1/26), so we came in to buy her some treats, toys and an outfit. The store is very clean and the associates are super helpful. My pup had lots of toys to choose from and she finally decided on a purple Lamb Chops toy! I found everything I wanted to buy for her and she is a happy girl today. I definitely recommend this Petsmart and a special thanks to Robert at the register 🤩

Liam did a great job grooming my schnauzer! Everyone in their grooming department is so nice and supportive of the process.

Dog grooming: Staff is unprofessional, will lie to cover their internal issues, and will give unprovoked attitude if cornered with facts. Coming in, after 4 hours, to see that not only are they not done, but two of the three staff members are slacking off on computers and only one is working, is gut wrenching. Who knows how they treat the dogs behind the scenes when noones looking. I hear my dog crying, and not one of the two on computers (no other customers present) makes any motion that they will get him. I asked "are you getting him?" And got bad attitude back. Had to silently stare her down before she got up and got my other, already finished, dog. The manager of the entire store, however, treated us excellent. I carried 3 of my dogs here and they did a very good job grooming my pets at this location. They were respectful and they even groomed my dogs in such a cute stylish way. There’s a woman who works there and she advised me about how often I should get my pets groomed. Best place to bring your animals for grooming for sure! I will be back

Extremely disappointed. They shaved my dog completely without my permission or warning. I was charged extra $20 for “brushing”, which is absurd since she was basically shaved. Now my dog is left bare and cold in winter, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend this service at ALL!
