A very good store with a wide selection of products for pets. The staff is very friendly. I would especially like to mention the cashier — if I remember correctly, his name was Finn. He was very kind and welcoming, and employees like him make me want to come back again and again. Great store. Highly recommended.

brought my dog in for a regular bath and was never told it would take five hours, nor that my dog would be kept in a crate the entire time. This was never explained upfront and is completely unacceptable. They clearly overbook and take too many dogs, which is why everything takes forever. I was given one timeline over the phone, then told something totally different by the store and blamed on “policy.” The staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and the place itself smelled bad. If you care about your dog, do not take them here. Poor communication, rude staff, and zero respect for pets or customers

My dog looks cuter than ever! Overall it was such an easy experience from making the appointment to seeing the awesome results. Julia was the groomer. Very kind and attentive to how I wanted him to look. With all of this the price was so fair! I’m a happy pet owner.

I love Petsmart, but I'm upset with a groomer. First off, I said not to dry him and I would pick him up damp. He said it would be an hour even though they said there were not busy. I also said my dog's quick was near the end of his nails and to be careful. My dog was super upset on the way home and just wanted to climb in my lap and be hugged. I looked at his nails today and they are super short and cut into the quick where I know he was bleeding. I will never take my dog to this groomer again!

I was really disappointed with PetSmart Halloween Trick Or Treat event. Event stated it was from 10am-6pm and we got there at 3pm and according to the employee they stopped doing everything in the morning. We brought our lab dressed up hoping for something fun and exciting for him but there was nothing. They had just a small stand with flyers and some buckets that looked like they were “free” to take since it was for the event but they tried to charge us for the damn buckets even after they were doing nothing for this event that was supposed to last until 6pm! Staff didn’t care at all. Zeke and hector seemed unbothered with it. Fix your flyers for next time and put a sign up that the event finished early at least
