Pet Suites

Luc loves going. He is excited to be there. They are engaged with the dogs and don’t have a large number of them there. So they get more individual attention. You can get your dog groomed there also.

I am not happy with their customer service. The first thing I called about was asking if they have experience with sensitive/ reactive dogs (with both people and dogs). They said yes, and took all of my information to build a profile, and set a date/time for a temperament test. They then said they needed to get manager approval, which ultimately said they can no longer proceed because our dog is reactive to people since they have people under 18 working onsite. That is fine, but I wish they clarified earlier without taking all of my information and told me this from the start, rather than leading me on and spending so much time on the phone. It definitely leaves me feeling icky after interacting with them.

Pet Suites is a wonderful place with a terrific staff! I was hesitant at first and then very pleasantly surprised. Our dog LOVES camp! He eagerly jumps in the car to go and runs in wagging his tail! Everyone is kind and professional and makes us feel welcome and special. I’m happy knowing he is well cared for! He has formed a special bond with Jonathan!

I brought a group of three family dogs in for boarding during the Veterans Day weekend. None of them had ever been boarded before and one was a quite recent rescue. I admit I was a bit nervous about how they would react. The staff was sensitive to the situation and handled the hand off with patience and kindness. I highly recommended Pet Suites!

5 stars is not enough to rate OC Pet Suites in Aliso Viejo! I have a 6 month old puppy and was nervous bringing her in for day care. The staff made me feel so at ease and gave me updates her first couple visits where my pup was having a GREAT time! We are regulars now and they always greet Callie by name when we walk in! My pup loves it there, and it’s obvious she’s very well cared for. The facility is clean, the prices are fair, and the staff truly cares about all dogs!
